We cellared our first case of wine in 1989, the same year we bought
The Quiet Woman. The cellar was a locker at Hi Times and over the next five years we kept filling the lockers with what we hoped would become a world-class wine cellar.
In 1994 we built two cellars and finally got to drink and sell some truly spectacular wines.
Our wine list today reflects our continued dedication, determination and commitment to quality and value with stellar selections at minimal mark up.

Any wine that we are pouring by the glass or can order on an ongoing basis is available to you as a retail item at a modest mark up. We offer absolutely unbeatable prices on all the wines we pour by the glass and with our "taste before you buy" policy you always know exactly what you are taking home.
