Cooking Classes in Your Home
You’re bored with your culinary routine, you’re intimidated by the thought of a dinner party, you wish cooking was more fun and less stressful – and your kitchen is probably bigger than ours – which is why we have always laughed when asked, cajoled and begged to please have cooking classes.

Wine Tasting Classes
All of us in the industry are a bit spoiled. We get to go behind the scenes, taste out of barrels, hang out with winemakers, walk through vineyards tasting grapes and learn firsthand about terroir and techniques. We also become adept at sipping, spitting, describing and deciding in sixty seconds or less.
You’re jealous we know. We’re working on a wine tasting class that takes you behind the scenes. You will explore color, texture, bouquet, aromatics, flavor and finish while becoming pros at identifying what you like and what you don't.

Learn how to set up, pour & mix like a professional. Class includes one hour of instruction, one hour behind the bar pouring for your friends, all the QW Martini recipes and a bucket of bar tools.
