You’re bored with your culinary routine, you’re intimidated by the thought of a dinner party, you wish cooking was more fun and less stressful – and your kitchen is probably bigger than ours – which is why we have always laughed when asked, cajoled and begged to please have cooking classes.

We have a solution though – classes at your place! We’ll teach classes of up to ten people, customized menus for almost anything you’d like to learn, eat or drink in your home. Please contact us for more details

Wine Tasting Classes

All of us in the industry are a bit spoiled. We get to go behind the scenes, taste out of barrels, hang out with winemakers, walk through vineyards tasting grapes and learn firsthand about terroir and techniques. We also become adept at sipping, spitting, describing and deciding in sixty seconds or less.

You’re jealous we know. We offer a tasting experience that takes you behind the scenes. You will explore color, texture, bouquet, aromatics, flavor and finish while becoming pros at identifying what you like and what you don't.

Learn how to set up, pour & mix like a professional. Class includes one hour of instruction, one hour behind the bar pouring for your friends, all the QW Martini recipes and a bucket of bar tools.
