Today the Clear Classics share the stage with Cutting Edge Cocktails in kaleidoscope colors but our attention to perfection remains the same. Each three ounce creation is lovingly stirred and poured into crisp, chilled decanters nestled in ice. A frosted stem glass carrying that first deliciously inviting ice cold sip arrives on the side.

Band

Come for a cocktail, stay for dinner and spend the evening listening to some fabulous music five nights a week. Deanie and Sissy claim the stage on Tuesday and Wednesday while Deanie Wood Band captivates crowds Thursday through Saturday.

All of us in the industry are a bit spoiled. We get to go behind the scenes, taste out of barrels, hang out with winemakers, walk through vineyards tasting grapes and learn firsthand about terroir and techniques. We also become adept at sipping, spitting, describing and deciding in sixty seconds or less.

You’re jealous we know. We offer a tasting experience that takes you behind the scenes. You will explore color, texture, bouquet, aromatics, flavor and finish while becoming pros at identifying what you like and what you don't.

Learn how to set up, pour & mix like a professional. Class includes one hour of instruction, one hour behind the bar pouring for your friends, all the QW Martini recipes and a bucket of bar tools.
